Haughton’s growing fast, but boarding options haven’t kept up. Most of what’s nearby is either in the heart of Bossier traffic or tucked into busy commercial districts — neither of which is great for a dog who just wants to settle in and relax.
Noble Nose is something different. We’re about 30 minutes west of Haughton, on our own property in Greenwood. Every dog gets a private indoor suite with an attached fenced outdoor yard — a real country setting, not a kennel warehouse.
Haughton clients tell us the drive is easier than it sounds — I-20 is a straight highway the whole way, and appointment-based pickup means no crowded lobbies when you get here. If you’re heading out of town from Haughton, we’re often directly on your route anyway.

From Haughton and nearby Princeton, Fillmore, and the eastern Bossier Parish communities, it’s about 28 to 32 minutes on I-20 West.
Take I-20 West through Bossier and Shreveport. Continue past the Shreveport Regional Airport exit and take Exit 5 at Greenwood. Head south on LA-169. Your GPS will route you the rest of the way.
