Blanchard and northern Caddo Parish don’t have a luxury dog boarding option nearby. Most owners here end up driving to a commercial kennel in Shreveport or Bossier — busy, noisy, and full of the tradeoffs that come with warehouse-style facilities.
Noble Nose is the calmer alternative. About 25 minutes south of Blanchard, in Greenwood. We’re on our own property with our own dogs nearby — a real country setting. Every guest gets a private indoor suite with attached fenced outdoor yard.
The drive from Blanchard is easy — south on Hwy 1 or Hwy 173 to I-220, then west on I-20 to Greenwood. About 25 minutes in normal traffic. Worth it for the calmer, more personal experience your dog gets here.

From Blanchard and northern Caddo — Oil City, Mooringsport, Vivian, Belcher — it’s about 25 to 35 minutes depending on your starting point.
Head south on Hwy 1 or Hwy 173 to I-220. Take I-220 West to I-20 West, then exit at Greenwood (Exit 5) and head south on LA-169. Google Maps and Waze will guide you the full way.
