Section 01
Booking & Tours
How reservations work and how to see the facility before you book.
You can book online through our booking page, or call/text us at 318-200-0321. We respond quickly and can usually confirm same-day.
Absolutely — and we encourage it. Tours let you see the suites, meet us, and feel confident before your dog’s first stay. Just call to schedule a time that works.
We only have 5 suites, so we book up fast — especially during holidays and summer travel season. We recommend reserving as soon as your travel dates are confirmed. Last-minute requests are welcome too if we have availability.
No deposit is required to reserve a stay. Payment is due at pickup.
We don’t have a formal cancellation policy. Plans change — just let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the suite to someone else.
No. One night, one week, two weeks — same nightly rate, no minimum. Book what works for your schedule.
Section 02
Daily Care
What your dog’s day-to-day looks like during their stay with us.
Each suite has a private doggy door to a fenced outdoor run, so your dog goes outside on their own schedule. Meals follow your home routine, and we add daily one-on-one walks, play time, and hands-on attention. We keep things calm, predictable, and similar to home.
Suites are private — your dog never shares their suite with a dog from another family. The communal play yard is supervised one-on-one or in small, carefully matched groups, and only with owner permission. Most dogs keep to their own suite and private run.
Yes — dogs from the same family can share a suite if they’re comfortable together. The Luxury Suite (~200 sq ft of private space) is ideal for multi-dog families. Each additional dog is +$30 per night.
Yes. We send daily photo and text updates straight to your phone — no app to download. You’ll see your dog thriving, and you can text us back any time with questions.
The entire facility is climate-controlled year-round — heated in winter, cooled in summer. Your dog won’t be in extreme temperatures even when they’re using their outdoor run.
The kennel is built right next to our home, so we’re always close by — day and night. There’s no off-hours when nobody is around.
Section 03
Health & Vaccines
Vaccination requirements, medical care, and what we need from your vet.
Dogs must be current on Rabies, DHLPP, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza. We also require active flea/tick prevention and a recent negative parasite screening from your vet. Full details on our requirements page.
Easiest way is to have your vet email them directly to us, or you can bring a printed copy at drop-off. We verify everything before your dog comes inside.
Yes — pills, drops, injections, all of it. Bring the medication with clear written instructions for dosing and timing, and we’ll follow your vet’s plan exactly. There’s no extra charge for medication administration. Ashley spent 10 years as a vet tech, so this is second nature.
We partner with South Park Animal Hospital for routine and urgent care, and Animal Emergency Clinic for after-hours. If anything happens, we’ll get your dog seen right away and contact you immediately. You’ll always be the first call.
Yes. Sensitive stomachs, prescription diets, raw food, home-cooked meals — bring whatever your dog eats and we’ll feed them on their normal schedule. No upcharges.
We can’t accommodate puppies under 16 weeks, dogs in post-op recovery, pregnant dogs, females in heat, or dogs with bite history / aggression toward people or other dogs. Full details on our requirements page.

Drop-Off & Pickup
Logistics, scheduling, and what to bring on drop-off day.
Drop-off and pickup are by appointment, 7 days a week. No rigid windows, no long waits, no crowds. We’ll find a time that works around your travel schedule.
Your dog’s regular food (with one extra day’s supply), any medications with clear instructions, vaccination records (if not emailed ahead), and any personal items you’d like — favorite toy, blanket, anything that smells like home. Bedding, bowls, and toys are provided.
9655 Locust Hill Road, Greenwood, LA 71033 — about 10 minutes west of downtown Shreveport off I-20. Easy on/off the interstate, quick stop on the way out of town.
It happens. Just text us and we’ll keep your dog comfortable until you can get here. No surprise late fees — just reasonable nightly rate for any extra days.
Yes — just let us know in advance who’ll be picking up so we can verify them at the door. A name and phone number is enough.
